How can I purchase Pipedream Product’s products?

If you are a wholesaler, you purchase your products right here on our website. Sign up for an account or fill out a form here and one of our knowledgeable Sales Representatives will contact you.


If you are a consumer, you can purchase any of our products online or at your favorite retailer. 


What other ways can I place my wholesale order?

Ordering online ensures your order is processed quickly and error-free which provides the most efficient order fulfillment, however, if you prefer to place your order by email or over the phone – feel free to contact your helpful Pipedream Products Sales Representative. They always want to hear from you!


How long does it take to process my order?

Online orders are processed same day and can ship in 1 business day. Orders placed any other method require an extra 1-2 days for processing so that the order can be manually entered and double-checked for accuracy. Transit times are 2-10 days (domestic) depending on your preferred shipping method.


Does your product carry a consumer warranty?


Yes! Rechargeable products carry a 1 year warranty on all rechargeable products and a 90 day warranty on non-vibrating and battery operated products. Valid warranties require simple registration and proof of purchase. You can register your warranty here.


What is your wholesale return policy?

We accept returns on defective merchandise within 90 days of invoice date for domestic USA orders, and within 6 months for international orders.
