Complete the product registration form on the left to activate your 60 day product warranty. Please keep your original purchase receipt as evidence that the date of your claim falls within the 60 day warranty period.

In the unlikely instance that your Pipedream product is defective, please send proof of purchase or a picture of the receipt to returns@pipedreamproducts.com. Please include a shipping address for replacement (please note we are unable to deliver to a PO Box).

FAQ's

"My product isn't working. What should I do?"

  1. Check the batteries. Make sure they're fresh and making good connections with the contacts.
  2. Check battery position. Are they installed with the correct polarity?
  3. Check that contacts are not corroded or damaged.
  4. Be sure any battery compartments are properly sealed.


"How long will it take to get a replacement?"

Your replacement will be shipped within 2 - 4 weeks.
